Agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of the Kiki's Mobile Wellness operations portal at kiki-mobile.vercel.app. By signing in or connecting Google Calendar, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the service
The portal is an internal business tool for authorized staff of Kiki's Mobile Wellness. Accounts are issued by an administrator. You must keep your login credentials confidential and use the service only for legitimate business operations.
What the service does
The portal helps staff manage appointments, sales, stock, expenses, clients, and related wellness operations. Optional Google Calendar integration syncs appointments assigned to you into your Google Calendar when you choose to connect your account.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect, you grant permission for the app to create and update calendar events for your assigned appointments and to read your Google account email for display. You may disconnect at any time from Settings. Use of Google APIs is also subject to Google's terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, share credentials, or use synced calendar data for purposes other than performing your work for Kiki's Mobile Wellness.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, including Google Calendar sync, may change or temporarily fail due to third-party services or maintenance.
