What this app is

Kiki's Mobile Wellness is an internal operations portal used by authorized staff to manage appointments, sales, stock, expenses, and client services for the Kiki's Mobile Wellness business.

Account data

We store staff account details needed to run the portal (such as name, email, and role). Access is limited to users invited by an administrator. Sign-in credentials are stored securely using hashed passwords.

Google Calendar

If you choose to connect Google Calendar from Settings, we request permission to create and update calendar events for appointments assigned to you, and to read your Google account email so we can show which account is linked.

We store a Google refresh token on our servers so sync can continue without asking you to sign in to Google each time. Tokens are not exposed to other users in the browser. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Disconnect Google Calendar. Disconnecting revokes our stored token and stops further sync.

Business operations data

Appointment, client, sales, stock, and expense records are stored to operate the business. This data is available only to authorized roles within the portal.
